About the role
- Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor complex innovation projects across I, C & D
- Prioritize key projects, allocate resources, and remove barriers to success
- Collaborate with regional C&D teams and functional leaders to drive business growth
- Manage multiple programs and cross-functional initiatives concurrently
- Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years in the flavor or related industry
- Master’s in Applied Science or Business OR PhD preferred
- Strong technical background in flavor science, fermentation, or related fields
- Proficiency in Waterfall or Agile environments required
- Formal training in Project Management is a plus
