About the role
- Champion and continuously improve our Process Safety Management (PSM) system
- Serve as the primary contact for national regulatory authorities and IFF’s global PSM network
- Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSR)
- Ensure our emergency response plans meet regulatory requirements and are ready for action
- Provide administrative and strategic support to our emergency response teams
Requirements
- A technical degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in engineering or a related field
- Experience in process safety, risk management, or similar disciplines
- Proven project management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities across diverse teams and stakeholders
- A structured, goal-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Solid IT skills for data analysis, reporting, and system administration
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and functional safety are considered as an advantage
