Risk

• Provide insight into prudential risk management in a dynamic environment for a growing bank
• Work within the prudential risk team responsible for capital adequacy, risk appetite, and regulatory compliance
• Assist in conducting targeted risk assessments for capital, market, liquidity and credit risk
• Drive business engagement in risk-related processes such as stress testing and portfolio forecasting
• Assist in reviewing and challenging the Bank’s Recovery Plan, ICAAP and ILAAP
• Act as second line of defence monitoring the Bank’s financial ratios from risk and regulatory perspectives
• Assist in reviewing and challenging the Bank’s regulatory returns
• Support embedding the prudential risk management framework into operations and provide advice to business areas
