About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the AI Agenda: Identify, scope, and drive large-scale AI initiatives and strategic "bets" that transform how we handle claims across the Nordics.
- Pragmatic Implementation: Help set the strategy for democratizing AI internally by designing and deploying agile, low-code solutions and local agents to optimize daily workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between business units, data science teams, and IT to move AI concepts from ideation to production, including sustainable operations and maintenance.
- Guardrails & Best Practices: Ensure that AI tools and agents are implemented responsibly, securely, and in alignment with enterprise governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic degree in business, technology, data/AI, or equivalent
- Solid experience working with AI strategy/adoption
- Experience of working with bigger cross-functional projects and project leadership roles
- Technical understanding to engage in meaningful dialogue with data scientists, developers, and architects – and build low code agents, without needing to build models or write code yourself
- Experience in driving transformation and change management
- Proven ability to deploy AI solutions (such as low-code agents) into production environments and map them directly to operational efficiency and business value.
- A strong eye for analyzing existing claims workflows and identifying exactly where AI or agentic automation can eliminate friction.
- The ability to support and upskill local teams, ensuring new AI tools and low-code solutions are actually adopted and utilized in daily operations.
- Understanding of how to build, orchestrate, and optimize AI agents to automate complex multi-step processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise automation suites.
