About the role
- Leading a friendly and talented group of UX Designers in placed in our offices in Espoo, Turku and Vækerø.
- Balancing leadership with hands-on design, also working in a cross-functional delivery team.
- Driving UX design processes including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and working with our design system.
- Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members can turn for sparring, sharing, and continuous learning.
- Conducting development dialogues, compensation reviews, and recruitment.
- Working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring the right level of design support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in UX Design, with deep expertise in design thinking methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams.
- Formal education in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Skilled in working with Figma design libraries and experienced in implementing design systems.
- Good understanding of accessibility principles and experience in designing inclusive, accessible user experiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute complex projects/design needs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Understanding of business needs, with the ability to translate them into concrete requirements and effective design solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- A passion for fostering a culture of well-being, professional development, and continuous learning.
