Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the Procurement & Sustainability team creating a high‑performing, customer‑focused organization
Drive Procurement Excellence initiatives across Lines of Business
Lead category management and contribute to strategic decisions and sourcing activities
Take overarching responsibility for sustainability within the procurement area
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Design and optimise end‑to‑end supplier and customer journeys (SRM)
Contribute to a modern, inclusive and responsible claims culture built on responsibility, collaboration, and care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong and long‑term leadership experience
Proven ability to create financial value and deliver measurable results
Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
A development‑oriented mindset and a data‑driven approach
A relevant academic background or equivalent experience that equips you with a strong analytical and structured mindset
Experience from the automotive branch
