About the role
- Design and build agents that think, plan, act, and deliver real value
- Build AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools and collaborating
- Implement robust evaluation, tracing, monitoring and safety controls for enterprise-grade deployments
- Integrate AI Agents into different data sources and applications
- Work closely with business teams to transform use cases from ideas to production
- Contribute to developing and maintaining our internal AI Agent platform
Requirements
- Strong curiosity and engineering discipline
- Experience working with modern cloud and AI stacks
- Experience in Agent & LLM Development
- Hands-on work with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI LLM orchestration
- Familiarity with evaluation and observability tools for LLM systems
- Microsoft & Cloud Azure AI / MS Foundry
- Microsoft Agent Framework (or similar agent frameworks)
- Azure services: Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, API Management
- Networking, identity and access using Entra ID
- Software Engineering: C# (.NET), TypeScript/React, or Python
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Bicep)
- Designing reliable cloud-native applications and integrations
- LLM supported development tools like GitHub Copilot
