About the role
- Lead development projects and programs from initiation to completion
- Ensure alignment with organizational targets and standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional initiatives
- Manage risks and foster collaboration across teams
- Drive improvements in cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience
- Analyze complex problems, implement effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage closely with Claims Finland, Claims Digital Development, colleagues in Personal Claims Nordic organizations, business analysts, product units, and business development teams
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management, preferably within the finance or insurance industry
- Proven track record of leading PMOs, project portfolios, or large-scale project entities
- Strong background in process and customer journey development
- Solid data management and analytical skills
- A university degree (MSc, MBA, BSc or equivalent)
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Experience with Agile way of working
- Experience in leadership or change management is considered an advantage
