About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the go-to data intelligence reference within Customer Success, responsible for deeply studying customer base behavior
Analyze and cross-reference platform usability, product usage, engagement, financials, and health score data to generate strategic insights
Monitor health indicators of the customer base, anticipating risks and opportunities to support proactive decisions across the customer journey
Structure analyses and studies that guide CS team actions throughout the entire journey, from activation to retention and expansion
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a clear, actionable view for CS, Enablement, Product, Sales, and Operations teams
Analyze churn patterns and expansion opportunities within the customer base, producing strategic inputs to support area decisions and guide targeted actions across the customer journey
Act as a bridge between data and strategy, ensuring team decisions are always guided by analytical intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for numbers, analysis, and turning data into decisions!
Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Logical reasoning and critical thinking to propose evidence-based improvements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields
SQL knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with Customer Success metrics
Experience with automations or business intelligence projects
Participation in a Junior Enterprise or extracurricular data analysis projects is a plus
