About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring product success and high performance;
Prospect new channels, identify business opportunities, and expand our partner network;
Activate, engage, and support partners to help them achieve their commercial goals;
Create and implement channel-specific demand generation strategies;
Monitor the partnerships funnel and use CRM tools to optimize the process;
Prepare management reports and analyze performance indicators to inform decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in partnership management, channel management, or B2B sales;
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management;
Ability to develop strategic plans and analyze performance metrics;
Knowledge of channel marketing and demand generation strategies;
Basic project management skills and commercial negotiation techniques;
Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion abilities;
Focus on building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships;
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions;
Proactive and results-oriented;
Resilience and adaptability to handle new scenarios and challenges;
Availability for travel.
