About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring product success and high performance;
  • Prospect new channels, identify business opportunities, and expand our partner network;
  • Activate, engage, and support partners to help them achieve their commercial goals;
  • Create and implement channel-specific demand generation strategies;
  • Monitor the partnerships funnel and use CRM tools to optimize the process;
  • Prepare management reports and analyze performance indicators to inform decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in partnership management, channel management, or B2B sales;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management;
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and analyze performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of channel marketing and demand generation strategies;
  • Basic project management skills and commercial negotiation techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion abilities;
  • Focus on building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Proactive and results-oriented;
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle new scenarios and challenges;
