About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct client training, enablement, and onboarding processes
Deliver remote training to enable users to operate the payroll processes/system
Map clients' HR/personnel and payroll processes and recommend best practices
Support and monitor clients throughout the training period
Produce support materials (guides, manuals, FAQs)
Provide consultative support to clients
Ensure clients' processes are aligned with the implemented system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience implementing payroll systems or working in a personnel/HR department
Strong knowledge of labor routines, social contributions, and payroll legislation
Ability to conduct client trainings and enablement sessions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
The following are a plus:
Experience with payroll systems
Knowledge of eSocial and payroll-related statutory filings
Didactic skills and clarity in knowledge transfer
