About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead training, onboarding and guidance processes so clients can operate the solution autonomously and efficiently
Deliver remote training sessions to enable users to operate payroll procedures
Map clients' HR/payroll processes and recommend best practices for system usage
Support clients during the training period, ensuring correct system configuration and use
Produce support materials (guides, manuals, FAQs) for user training
Provide consultative support to clients, answering questions related to payroll routines
Ensure alignment between clients' processes and the implemented system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience implementing payroll systems or working in payroll/HR
Strong knowledge of labor routines, social contributions and payroll legislation
Experience conducting client trainings and enablement sessions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
It will be a plus if you:
Have experience with payroll systems
Have knowledge of eSocial and statutory filings
Demonstrate teaching skills and clarity in knowledge transfer
