About the role

  • Support Budget and Forecast (consolidation of inputs, scenario modeling, assumptions, and consistency)
  • Act as a business partner to areas (Ops, Marketing, Product, Tech, G&A, etc.), structuring business cases (ROI/payback, scenarios, impacts)
  • Improve FP&A reporting: standardization, data quality improvement, executive views (one-pagers)
  • Support spending governance (budget control, tracking savings, renewals/contracts where applicable)
  • Create and maintain templates and routines that increase productivity and predictability (simple, well-defined processes)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in FP&A / Management Accounting / Financial Planning
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (modeling, consolidation, database organization and analysis)
  • Ability to build an executive narrative: what happened / why / what to do / impact
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous profile, ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • The following are a plus:
  • Experience in SaaS/subscription businesses and related metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, NRR/GRR, cohorts, CAC/LTV)
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Looker / SQL
  • Experience preparing materials for C-level executives
