About the role

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s revenue;
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities to grow revenue;
  • Optimize processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency;
  • Manage the Revenue Ops team, ensuring targets are met and work quality is maintained;
  • Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as Sales and Marketing, to align strategies and objectives;
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to report results and propose new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in Revenue Ops or similar roles;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team;
  • Availability for occasional travel to the Belo Horizonte office as needed for meetings or training.
