About the role
- Support the Sales team of up to five people by owning the sales intelligence systems – industry maps, customer mind maps, customer org charts, CRM, account plans and program workbooks.
- Ensure consistent, reliable data across a growing multi-site manufacturing business.
- Include performance dashboard, customer communications, maintaining accurate sales and market data.
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, and ensure the team is organized, informed, and ready to win.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining the Sales structure and ensuring rigor that enable us to win and grow the business 5x over the next five years.
Requirements
- Extreme attention to detail — accurate data, names, figures, and documents.
- Proficient with CRM systems.
- Skilled at mind map and design software (ie: photoshop) for creating and maintaining maps.
- Strong with Excel, dashboards, tracking tools.
- Able to assemble presentations & proposals.
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and manufacturing workflows.
- Information synthesis — summarizes clearly without data dumping.
- Clear communicator — concise updates, early risk flagging.
- Dependable — zero dropped balls, strong follow-through.
- Proactive — anticipates needs, prepares ahead.
