About the role

  • Develop and maintain AI APIs and microservices using Python and Node.js
  • Design and implement LLM pipelines (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) for financial products - Preferred
  • Integrate language models (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into business workflows
  • Build and evolve AI agents with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph - Preferred
  • Ensure quality, observability, and monitoring of production solutions (MLOps) - Preferred
  • Collaborate with the data team on defining and consuming datasets for training and evaluating models
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the squad's engineering best practices
  • Document architectures, technical decisions, and solution workflows

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python for developing AI/ML solutions
  • Experience with Node.js for building APIs and backend services
  • Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Familiarity with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, etc.) - Preferred
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
  • Experience in the financial market (fintechs, neobanks, payments) - Nice to have
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning language models - Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud (GCP, Oracle, or Azure) and managed ML services - Nice to have
  • Familiarity with MLOps and tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases - Nice to have
  • Knowledge of security and compliance in regulated environments - Nice to have
