About the role

  • Plan, monitor and ensure end-to-end service delivery.
  • Coordinate multiple teams (technical and non-technical), aligning dependencies, deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Manage risks, impediments and priority conflicts.
  • Ensure delivery predictability, on-time delivery and adherence to agreements (SLAs/expectations).
  • Serve as the delivery focal point for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of business problems, helping to translate needs into clear initiatives.
  • Participate in research, diagnostics and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
  • Structure requirements, hypotheses, scopes and business impacts.
  • Translate business requests into clear guidance for technology teams.
  • Support prioritization decisions.
  • Communicate status, risks, decisions and changes clearly and in a structured manner.
  • Define and evolve delivery processes appropriate to the context.
  • Track delivery and efficiency metrics.
  • Maintain regular rituals, checkpoints and decision forums.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager or similar role.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in market research, requirements analysis and business process modeling.
  • Analytical ability and an inquisitive mindset to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and digital product lifecycles.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
