About the role

Plan, monitor, and ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Coordinate multiple teams (technical and non-technical), aligning dependencies, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Manage risks, impediments, and priority conflicts.
Ensure delivery predictability and adherence to deadlines and agreements (SLAs/expectations).
Act as the focal point for delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
Support analysis of business problems, helping to translate needs into clear initiatives.
Participate in research, diagnostics, and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Structure requirements, hypotheses, scopes, and business impacts.
Translate business requests into clear directions for technology teams.
Support prioritization decisions.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and changes clearly and in a structured manner.
Define and evolve delivery processes appropriate to the context.
Monitor delivery and efficiency metrics.
Ensure follow-up rituals, checkpoints, and decision-making forums.

Previous experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
Experience in market research, requirements analysis, and business process modeling.
Analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
Good understanding of software development processes and digital products.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
