About the role

  • Overall management of complex client projects, ensuring on-time delivery as well as adherence to resource allocation and budgets
  • Consolidation and presentation of all client- and project-related topics
  • Client support for project-related inquiries and communication regarding project progress
  • Preparation and conduct of contract negotiations
  • Preparation and presentation of project-related and strategic decision papers
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and executive levels
  • Development of strategies for account development and growth
  • Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration or a natural science
  • Extensive experience communicating with senior leadership functions
  • Business-fluent English
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract finalization
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with common project management software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
