About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support onboarding coordination and pre-onboarding processes to help new teammates transition smoothly into IDinsight
- Maintain and improve onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems
- Support onboarding feedback collection and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to performance reviews and people movement processes
- Support operational coordination related to promotions, employee transitions, and follow-up actions after review cycles
- Help develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and processes
- Contribute research, coordination, and project management support across evolving People Operations priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines
- Strong written communication skills and comfort communicating professionally across teams and levels of a global organization
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, along with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with accuracy and consistency
- Interest in People Operations, employee experience, organizational development, or org culture-related work
- Prior internship or professional experience in HR, operations, coordination, project management, or a related field
