About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Instruct customers on the use of IDEXX's in-house diagnostic analyzers
- Coordinate and assist with equipment installations
- Troubleshoot hardware technical problems and software integration issues
- Ensure consumables needed to run tests are ordered
- Provide customer support as the first point of contact between IDEXX and its customers
- Develop meaningful customer relationships and offer solutions to unique customer needs
- Support veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Czech and Polish communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users professionally and understandably
- Natural affinity for helping customers
- Self-motivated, stress-resistant, and empathetic nature
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, and/or contact center environment is helpful
- Networking and/or software support experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
- Availability to work full-time
