About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and close instrument orders and proactively propose the solutions best suited to your clients' needs
  • Manage opportunities and sales cycles for in-house diagnostic analyzers in the region
  • Collaborate with veterinary diagnostic consultants by providing technical expertise to both consultants and clients
  • Proactively initiate and coordinate lead generation for analyzers
  • Assume sales administration responsibilities, including creating and maintaining account profiles
  • Continuously acquire and develop technical knowledge of products and services, technologies, operations, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in a medical environment
  • Comfortable in a mentor or coach role, adding value to veterinary diagnostic consultants
  • Able to meet the demands of a field sales role, including, but not limited to, extensive travel by car
  • Territory management experience gained in veterinary/animal health, human medical device sales, dental device sales, and/or capital equipment sales
