About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality support to customers who use IDEXX analyzers for laboratory diagnostics
- Ensure a smooth experience when troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Provide technical and handling support for analyzers
- Coordinate equipment installations
- Assist with hardware and integration issues
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and offer practical tips
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer support/service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of Czech is a plus
- Training and work experience as a veterinary technician/assistant is an advantage
- Technical affinity is a plus
- High level of accuracy and analytical thinking
- Motivated and enjoys working in a team and tackling new challenges
