Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LIMS portfolio
Drive prioritization of product investments to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, resiliency, and speed to market
Lead global roadmap planning and ensure alignment across Reference Labs, R&D, Veterinary Software, and enterprise stakeholders
Develop and execute multi-year product strategies focused on modernization, workflow optimization, and automation
Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics tied to business outcomes
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Software Product Managers across multiple products and domains
Provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership on roadmap progress, risks, and investment priorities
Champion the use of AI and automation to evolve how product management is practiced

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software product management, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
5+ years leading Product Managers or large, cross-functional product teams
Proven experience leading enterprise software products in a global environment
Experience working within LIMS, laboratory systems, diagnostics platforms, healthcare technology, or other regulated environments
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Demonstrated success owning and delivering complex, multi-product roadmaps
Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed
