About the role
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage stakeholder engagement and vendor relationships
- Oversee event logistics and on-site execution
- Project manage multiple events simultaneously
- Create supporting event content and materials
Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience planning and executing conferences and events
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience using Canva and Smartsheet is desirable
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team
