About the role
- handle payroll responsibilities for several payroll entities in Europe and South Africa
- prepare monthly payroll reports
- coordinate and audit payroll outputs with external Payroll Providers
- prepare journals and ad-hoc reports
- ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
- ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- attend to payroll-specific queries from employees
- support various internal and external audits
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in an international payroll/accounting environment
- knowledge and experience processing International payroll for Europe
- understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and tax laws
- experience with an outsourced payroll provider
- experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office
- ability to effectively manage shifting priorities
- willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
- high ethical standards and positive attitude
