About the role

  • handle payroll responsibilities for several payroll entities in Europe and South Africa
  • prepare monthly payroll reports
  • coordinate and audit payroll outputs with external Payroll Providers
  • prepare journals and ad-hoc reports
  • ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
  • ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • attend to payroll-specific queries from employees
  • support various internal and external audits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in an international payroll/accounting environment
  • knowledge and experience processing International payroll for Europe
  • understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and tax laws
  • experience with an outsourced payroll provider
  • experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office
  • ability to effectively manage shifting priorities
  • willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
  • high ethical standards and positive attitude
