About the role

  • Provide operational support to the Sales team and contribute to the effective management of customer files using our internal tools, in particular SAP.
  • Create, update and monitor customer orders in SAP.
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team in processing their customer files.
  • Assist in the preparation of activity-tracking reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business, Management, or Administration.
  • Meticulous, well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT tools.
  • Prior experience with SAP or a similar ERP is a plus.
  • Fluent English required for an international environment.
