About the role

  • Lead multi-site rollouts of veterinary software for corporate and university accounts.
  • Manage enterprise-level programs, ensuring meet requirements, budgets, and satisfaction goals.
  • Create detailed rollout plans and schedules using templated onboarding plans.
  • Document project activities, identify obstacles, track costs, and report results.
  • Structure teams efficiently and delegate tasks based on strengths.
  • Communicate proactively about progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify adjustments needed in resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Perform risk management and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training requirements and conduct training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Management experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding delivery preferred.
  • Experience within the Veterinary industry preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms such as OneNote, Smartsheet, and GuideCX is beneficial (not required).
