About the role
- Lead multi-site rollouts of veterinary software for corporate and university accounts.
- Manage enterprise-level programs, ensuring meet requirements, budgets, and satisfaction goals.
- Create detailed rollout plans and schedules using templated onboarding plans.
- Document project activities, identify obstacles, track costs, and report results.
- Structure teams efficiently and delegate tasks based on strengths.
- Communicate proactively about progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify adjustments needed in resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Perform risk management and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing training requirements and conduct training sessions as necessary.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Management experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in SaaS onboarding delivery preferred.
- Experience within the Veterinary industry preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms such as OneNote, Smartsheet, and GuideCX is beneficial (not required).
