About the role

  • Instruct customers on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers
  • Coordinate and assist with equipment installations
  • Troubleshoot mechanical hardware technical problems
  • Address software integration issues
  • Resolve customer inquiries through various methods of communication
  • Ensure solutions while customers are on the call

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Experience in a technically related field
  • Experience in a veterinary practice with chemistry analyzers, laboratory setting, or contact center environment
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Ability to learn applicable software and hardware
  • Networking and/or software support is a plus
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proven exceptional customer service skills
  • Superb listening and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Master problem solver with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours per day
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
