About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the responsible and accountable leader for the development, documentation, implementation, training, and long-term execution of IDEX Health & Science Technologies Connected Capabilities playbook
Serve as the responsible and accountable leader for development and scaled production projects for connected opportunities across HST
Own resource allocation and prioritization for the Connected Capabilities team and advise VP Connected Capabilities on changes in priorities
Support our HST Connected Capabilities commercial team members to win orders by owning and developing project schedules
Manage delivery and scale up risks through thoughtful and proactive risk management
Provide regular contact with emerging new customers and existing customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in engineering/operations and project execution
Proven track record of successful on time delivery of projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and capability to travel worldwide
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams by influence
