About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 18–25 requisitions at a time
  • Partner with HR partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Source and engage both active and passive talent through multiple channels
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and hard‑to‑fill roles

Requirements

What you’ll need
