Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide input to new product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
