- The Director of Sales is a key commercial executive responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Providing strategic input to new product development, leading product marketing initiatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Requirements
- 4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to think strategically and provide input to new product development and marketing initiatives.
- Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience working collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
