About the role

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to shape and produce high-quality visual assets for online programs in higher education and business settings
  • Work with partner brand guidelines to ensure designs are consistent, polished, accessible, and aligned with institutional identities
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers to translate creative concepts into deliverables that support course and program goals
  • Manage multiple partner projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met in all designs (e.g., WCAG-aligned color/contrast, typography, and structure)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally with partner-facing projects
  • Working proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
  • Experience applying and adapting brand guidelines to a variety of deliverables
  • Portfolio showing your design range and process
  • Experience in digital/online learning or higher education is a plus, but we value strong foundational skills and enthusiasm for this space.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions
