About the role

  • Document feature improvement requirements and drive those feature improvements through the development process.
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
  • Comfortable with feature and requirements definition, customer interviews and surveys, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis.
  • Think creatively to remove obstacles.
  • Hands-on with your products, able to set up and use what your target users use.
  • Evangelize your products including authoring blogs, technical tutorials and delivering webinars.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Product management, product owner or software industry experience
  • Experience using software development tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A technical background with exposure to cloud environments, data migration and enterprise IT workflow
  • Familiarity with the data tools landscape and market trends
