About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Explore and assess AI and AR use cases across industrial operations (manufacturing, maintenance, quality, EHS, etc.)
Identify opportunities with strong business impact (productivity, quality, safety, cost optimization)
Support prioritization based on feasibility and ROI
Design and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) in AI and/or AR
Test hypotheses using real-world datasets and operational scenarios
Evaluate results and validate relevance with business stakeholders
Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with AI teams
Support transition from POC to industrialized solutions
Ensure compliance with architecture, data governance, and quality standards
Act as a bridge between business teams, data scientists, and digital/IT teams
Coordinate with AI experts to accelerate solution delivery
Facilitate communication and alignment on use cases and priorities
Analyze data and contribute to model/algorithm development
Apply coding best practices within defined quality standards
Support validation and documentation of solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
First exposure (academic or internship) to AI, data science, or AR technologies
Experience with coding and prototyping projects is a plus
Programming (Python preferred)
Basic knowledge of AI/Machine Learning concepts
Interest in AR/VR technologies or industrial digital solutions
Data analysis and statistics fundamentals
Understanding of software development lifecycle
