Key responsibilities & impact- Handling daily remote security service operations
- Monitoring and maintaining operations of the security systems
- Responding to events and following standard operating procedures to resolve issues
- Providing timely updates to stakeholders and upholding confidentiality of information
- Maintaining high levels of professional conduct and exercising initiative to improve service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exemplary customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize requests
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and office applications
- Understanding of security applications is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer support, data operations, or service desk is an advantage
- Full professional capacity in English; Latvian and French is an advantage
