Requirements
What you’ll need- install and maintain operating systems, applications, servers, virtualization, network devices and backup systems
- ensure stable performance
- designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure
- ensures system reliability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
- performs system administration and advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure platforms.
- acts as Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.
- performs root cause analysis and implements permanent fixes or infrastructure improvements.
- plans and executes system upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure refresh activities.
- maintains accurate technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
