About the role
- Understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software modules.
- Participate in technical decisions and ensure adherence to development best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to testing, deployment phases, and the continuous improvement of applications.
- Analyze complex problems and translate them into effective, practical solutions.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or a validated degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in software development and project management
- Strong experience with Java / Spring Boot and solid expertise in Angular for front-end development
- Experience with authentication and identity management solutions (Keycloak, OpenID Connect)
- Web services development
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
- Secure development best practices (strong asset)
- Languages: French – fluent, English – professional working proficiency
