About the role
- Ensure software applications meet technical and functional requirements
- Manage or participate in group or local application projects' initial build or deployment
- Provide functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (requirements analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.)
- Manage project stakeholders (risk management, resources, customers, etc.)
- Coach more junior resources within the domain
- Deliver training for end users
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
- Ensure handover to the operations team
Requirements
- Liaise with internal customers to understand business requirements
- Independently manage large-scale business application projects
- Ensure compliance with application standards, best practices and group processes
- Plan and execute test campaigns
- Produce application documentation (design documents, user guides, specifications, test documents, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver user training
- Influence and support decision-making within the domain of expertise
- Collect and document functional requirements from customers
- Translate requirements into solutions
- Provide Level 3 support within the functional domain
