About the role
- Main contact point for technical topics between customers and IDEMIA
- Manages product selection to match customer requirements
- Collects functional requirement specifications for products
- Coordinates final validation for applicable products with customers
Requirements
- Provides technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers
- Understands customer technical needs and identifies potential products
- Promotes IDEMIA products and services to customers
- Provides ongoing technical support to sales
- Contributes towards the preparation of sales presentations, tender responses, and proposals
- Implements projects and collects functional requirement specifications
- Manages the product selection process
- Participates in project delivery and technical implementation
- Engages in product specification reviews for upselling
- Assists in quality complaints from customers and troubleshooting
- Supports quality team in problem resolution
- Promotes customized products for medium to large-size customers
- Works independently with general supervision
