About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation; maintain ERP/WMS data integrity.
Optimize layout, material flow, and labor utilization to improve efficiency and throughput.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in hardware assembly or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Experience with hardware assembly and integration processes.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Experience working in a technology manufacturing or hardware production environment.
