About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation; maintain ERP/WMS data integrity.
  • Optimize layout, material flow, and labor utilization to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in hardware assembly or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Experience with hardware assembly and integration processes.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience working in a technology manufacturing or hardware production environment.
