About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation; maintain ERP/WMS data integrity.
- Optimize layout, material flow, and labor utilization to improve efficiency and throughput.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in hardware assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Experience with hardware assembly and integration processes.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience working in a technology manufacturing or hardware production environment.
