About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage & support CID network infrastructure
Ensure reliable service for CID teams & customer programs
Troubleshoot and remediate service outages & degradation
Ensure consistent network policies and rules across environment
Provide hands-on support of data center network equipment
Support all network team projects and initiatives
Collaborate with team members and department leadership to modernize and update infrastructure as needed
Document network environment and participate in change management as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA Degree preferred
8-10 years of experience as a network engineer
Strong written and verbal skills
Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
