Working Student Contract Management – Renewable Energies

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in maintaining and building our new contract management tool
- Review, structure and digitally record existing contracts and contract documents
- Upload documents and maintain relevant contract data (e.g., contract terms, deadlines, contracting parties)
- Support with confidentiality agreements (NDAs), templates and recurring standard contracts
- Administrative support for the Legal / Contract Management team's day-to-day activities
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, governance structures and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Operations and Project Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced studies in Law, Business Law or a comparable degree program
- Interest in contract law, commercial law and business contexts
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Careful, structured and reliable working style
- High willingness to learn and self-initiative
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
