Working Student Contract Management – Renewable Energy
IdeematecWerkstudent Contract Management supporting the operational management and implementation of new tools at Ideematec. Collaborating with various internal departments on contract management tasks and process optimizations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in maintaining and implementing our new Contract Management tool
- Review, structure and digitally record existing contracts and contract documents
- Upload documents and maintain relevant contract data (e.g., terms, deadlines, contracting parties)
- Support with confidentiality agreements (NDAs), templates and recurring standard contracts
- Administrative support in the day-to-day work of the Legal / Contract Management team
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, governance structures and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Operations and Project Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced studies in Law, Business Law or a comparable degree program
- Interest in contract law, business law and commercial/entrepreneurial contexts
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Careful, structured and reliable working style
- High willingness to learn and strong self‑initiative
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for future technologies and renewable energy
