About the role
- Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives from planning and alignment through to successful implementation in collaboration with the Executive Team
- Work closely with HR, Finance and other business functions on topics such as organizational development, risk management, shareholder relations and international growth projects
- Serve as the central interface between the Executive Team, employees and external stakeholders—ensuring clear information flow, professional alignment and timely implementation of actions
- Support projects in change management, organizational optimization and process improvement
- Prepare, refine and coordinate internal and external communication formats—reports, presentations, newsletters, meeting materials—and prepare and document executive, shareholder and advisory board meetings
- Organize and prioritize the executive’s day-to-day operations, including calendar management, meeting preparation and, above all, structured follow-up on open action items
- Plan and execute company-wide formats such as town halls, workshops and internal events
- Ensure the highest level of discretion and integrity in all executive matters, while confidently prioritizing tasks and professionally representing the company
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field—or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience supporting executive management, in executive-level assistance, or in a comparable role with significant operational and strategic responsibility
- Experience organizing, steering and implementing complex projects
- Preferably experience in data analysis, budget management, operations or process optimization
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to prepare content tailored to specific audiences and convey messages appropriately
- High degree of autonomy, reliability and strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Confident presence and the ability to coordinate, moderate and prepare decisions even without formal managerial authority
- Excellent German and English language skills
