About the role

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers
  • Drive rapid adoption and foster long-term customer success
  • Guide customers through technical support and relationship management
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process of projects
  • Collaborate with customers to understand unique needs and business goals
  • Configure and customize the software/platform for optimal performance
  • Provide ongoing education and support to maximize platform value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Execute strategic account plans in collaboration with teams
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for engagement
  • Gather feedback to drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required due to government contract
  • Federal, State, Local Government contracting experience
  • Project management experience within software companies
  • Experience with the Department of War, USCG, NIH or FDA is a plus
  • Expected to maintain flexible 4 hours overlap with US East Coast (EST) and 2 hours with CET
  • English proficiency is required
  • Written and verbal fluency
  • Proven implementation/technical training and customer success management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Artificial Intelligence application proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection for periodic video conferences
  • Experience with HubSpot customer success platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS business models
  • Ability to create simple training documents and videos using Zoom and Scribe.
