Key responsibilities & impact

Work hands-on within your team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of features and technical solutions
Lead technical modernization efforts within your team while enabling delivery of new functionality, including AI-related features
Raise engineering standards and practices across the backend, and help solve problems shared across multiple teams
Help teams turn ambiguous, poorly defined problems into a clear plan of action when experience or confidence is lacking
Contribute to the growth of engineers around you through mentoring, input into personal development plans, and recommendations on skills, resources, or courses
Balance hands-on delivery with acting as an enabler for other engineers and processes, rather than simply directing others' work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# / .NET
Solid experience with automated testing, DevOps practices, and working with databases
A strong product mindset - understanding of the business and product context behind technical decisions
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate as a peer with senior engineers, without needing tasks broken down for you
Comfort with responsibilities beyond pure technical delivery, such as mentoring, cross-team collaboration, or representing the team on broader initiatives
Strong communication skills and an Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-related features
Experience with system design and architecture-level decision-making
