Account Executive – Business Development Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Japan
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Japan and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals' visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1-2+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within the B2B or professional services sector
- Experience in Tech, SaaS, or Finance industry
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- Outstanding business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese with Business English
- Nice to have: Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
- Nice to have: Experience communicating with the C-suite
- Nice to have: Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to effectively engage with C-Level
- Nice to have: Experience in the SaaS and VDR industry
- Nice to have: Advanced proficiency in English
