About the role
- Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers in the assigned territory
- Help customers solve their complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques
- Deliver a high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping the sales process compliant
- Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
- Feed market intelligence back into the team to improve the sales process and deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
- Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed-lost opportunities to convert them into customers
Requirements
- 2+ years in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and adaptability in style
- Self-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems, acting as an expert consultant
- Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
- Nice to have: Experience with outbound sales strategies
- Nice to have: Experience in selling financial products or services
- Nice to have: Experience in a remote-first selling environment
