About the role

  • Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Help customers solve their complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques
  • Deliver a high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping the sales process compliant
  • Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
  • Feed market intelligence back into the team to improve the sales process and deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
  • Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed-lost opportunities to convert them into customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and adaptability in style
  • Self-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems, acting as an expert consultant
  • Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
  • Nice to have: Experience with outbound sales strategies
  • Nice to have: Experience in selling financial products or services
  • Nice to have: Experience in a remote-first selling environment
  • Nice to have: A track record of suggesting and implementing improvements in sales techniques or negotiation strategies at a team level
