About the role
- Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions (from formations and restructurings to liquidations)
- Maintain full compliance of corporate actions with regulatory timelines and statutory requirements of internal governance
- Provide accurate and actionable legal support for strategic transactions while minimizing reliance on external counsel
- Use tools like PandaDoc and AI to optimize contract workflows and minimize manual routine
- Manage end-to-end communication with registries, notaries, and government authorities when necessary
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate law
- Business communication skills in English at C1 level (Advanced)
- Proven experience of working with EU, UK, or U.S. legal principles
- Proven capability in corporate agreement drafting and revision, with hands-on experience in resolutions, ownership restructurings, corporate registrations, and liquidations
- Legal tech-savviness and readiness to use digital tools to optimize workflow
- A high level of personal responsibility and a "getting things done" attitude, even when faced with unexpected jurisdictional hurdles
- Nice to have: IT industry background
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Intellectual Property
- Nice to have: CIPP/E certification
